Now,I will show you how to cheat on Madness:project nexus,arena mode (medals).
WARNING:This is just for windows XP.

-First,download the program SOL editor.
-Open it and press the button on a keyboard ctrl+e
-When the pop up window appears,click"shared objects".
-And,found the saved game data.
-Open the "arena mode".
-Select "my kills" and type the number who is bigger than number 53,594.
-Save it,and PLAY THE GAME.
-Go to the arena mode and you will see some great medals!

YOU WILL EVEN GET THAT F . . . . . . MEDAL "GENOCIDER"!!!
